  • All physical planners are fulfilled through a third-party provider (Lulu) and are subject to their terms and conditions.
  • Inkstagram Studio is not responsible for delays, damages, or issues related to third-party fulfillment.

4. Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change at any time without notice.
  • We accept various payment methods securely processed through our platform.
  • Inkstagramstudio is not responsible for any fees, taxes, or currency conversion charges incurred by your payment provider.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy for digital products. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Physical planners are non-refundable due to Lulu’s policies. Any issues with physical products should be directed to Lulu’s customer support.
  • Customized or personalized digital products are non-refundable once delivered.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including but not limited to digital planners, designs, and branding, is the exclusive property of Inkstagramstudio and is protected by copyright laws.
  • Unauthorized copying, sharing, or selling of our products will result in legal action.

7. User Conduct
