At Inkstagram Studio, we want you to plan with confidence. That’s why we offer a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy on all digital purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order—no explanations required.

Non-Refundable Items:

While we strive to ensure customer satisfaction, there are certain items that are non-refundable due to their nature and supplier policies:

  • Physical Planners: All physical planners are non-refundable due to Lulu’s policy. As these products are printed and fulfilled by a third-party provider, we are unable to process returns, exchanges, or refunds once the order has been placed. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Lulu’s customer support directly for resolution.

  • Customized or Personalized Digital Products: Any digital planners, templates, or other products that have been customized or personalized upon request are non-refundable. Once delivered, these files cannot be altered or resold, making them ineligible for refunds.

  • Gift Cards or Promotional Codes: Any gift cards, discount codes, or promotional offers purchased or received through special promotions are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

How to Request a Refund:

To initiate a refund for eligible digital products, simply contact our support team at administration@inkstagramstudio.store with your order number. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Chargebacks & Disputes:

If a chargeback or dispute is filed without first requesting a refund through our official process, we reserve the right to revoke access to any purchased products and take necessary action to protect our business.

Changes to This Policy:

Inkstagramstudio reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
